const char *scds_get_resource_type_name(scds_handle_t handle);
DESCRIPTION
The scds_get_resource_type_name() function returns
a pointer to a character string containing the name of the resource type of
the resource passed to the calling program. The pointer is to memory belonging
to the DSDL. Therefore, do not modify this memory. A call to scds_close() invalidates the pointer.
