      1 Welcome to JDS Development!

      3 This is part of the source code for the Java Desktop System, JDS. Take some time to read
      4 through the various pieces of documentation that are available at 
      5 http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/jds that will give you some information
      6 on a wide range of topics, including the bug lifecycle and review process, 
      7 development guidelines and rationales, and new tasks being worked on. There 
      8 are also a number of documents available in the 'docs' directory about specific 
      9 elements of the packaging to be aware of.
